Do you have a showroom, store, where can I see your furniture?


Yes we do. We  are proud to announce that we have opening our new showroom in the heart of Astoria Queens, located 36-10 Ditmars blv, with easy transportation from Manhattan-Brooklyn-Bronx-Long Island. Not more than 30 min from any location driving or using any public transportation . Come and enjoy us in our friendly environment and feel like your home.


Can you check item # stock status? I called another vendor(s) and they told me it is out of stock for a 1-2-3 months, I can't wait that long...


There's no point of calling us with a same request. We don't bring our own stock and all furniture we sell with other furniture stores comes from one source, either it's a factory or a wholesaler.

 

Can you make this table in different color scheme, can I order the same item but in different finishing, leather type, leather color, etc. ?

For absolute most of items - no. We do not produce any furniture that we sell, and most of our furniture is imported. If we have a color option for a certain model, we have it listed on the website. For most pieces, it's only 1 color option.


I need a replacement part for my (chair, sofa, dining table, etc.) It's same model that you're selling. Can you assist me with that?


 Please contact factory who makes this furniture or try to ask for assistance in a store where you purchased this piece. If you purchased it from us, we can assist you in obtaining replacment part.


Where do you deliver furniture ?


 

We deliver furniture directly anywhere in NY, NJ, CT providing the best home delivery service in US! 


Do you have furniture in stock or will I have to wait 8-12 weeks ?


 

Most of the furniture (95-100%) items that we offer are in stock and can be delivered almost right away. However some of the furniture might not be, 'cause we are connected to many warehouses and can't maintain stock information for all items. If you want your furniture before or on a certain date, please CONTACT US before ordering. Don't hesitate to call and ask if it is in stock, we'll be glad to assist.


Do you provide inside placement and assembling if needed ?


 

For local deliveries: We DO, and the best of all - it is already included in delivery price, so you don't need to worry about that. We don't hiding tricks as other furniture online stores. Our delivery teams are professionals, and will do everything to provide you with the best delivery service available.  delivery information section.

For 2+ floor deliveries, small fee might be applied. As a company we would almost never charge you extra for delivery. Please tell us about unusual delivery conditions when customer servise team contacting you to complete your order. 


Do I have to pay tax ?


 

Only residents of NY state are subject to 8.875% sale tax. It will be automatically included at your checkout.


What payment methods do you accept ?


 

We accept all major credit cards and Paypal. If you would like to pay by cash  feel free to do that. We will contact you about payment details.


Can I pay with a DEBIT Card?


 

Yes, you definitely can as long as you have the Visa or Master Card logo displayed on your debit card. Please note, many debit cards have a security precaution, which limits how much you can spend in one-day. If you are experiencing a problem at the check out page where your debit card is rejected, the solution is very simple. Please call  your debit card bank issuer (the phone number is on the back of the debit card). Tell your bank representative that you are making a large online purchase in the approximate amount of $ xxxx; this way the bank will increase your spending limit for your purchase. Now you can go back to the check out page and complete your order.


I don't like this online ordering stuff. Can I pay COD ?


 

Generally  yes it's absolutely acceptable. However, in certain cases 40%   deposit might be required before your order actually ships out for delivery.
